Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy for Sense of Adventure Tours and Travel Company:

At Sense of Adventure, we strive to provide the best possible experience for all our customers. However, we understand that sometimes plans change, and cancellations are necessary. To ensure fairness to all parties involved, we have established the following cancellation policy:

  1. Cancellation by the customer: If you need to cancel your trip, please notify us as soon as possible. The following cancellation fees will apply:
  • Cancellation 30 or more days before departure: Full refund less a 10% administrative fee.
  • Cancellation between 15 and 29 days before departure: 50% refund.
  • Cancellation 14 days or less before departure: No refund.
  1. Cancellation by Sense of Adventure: We reserve the right to cancel a trip for any reason, such as insufficient bookings, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. In the event of such a cancellation, we will offer you the option to transfer to another trip or receive a full refund.

Please note that we are not responsible for any additional expenses you may incur as a result of a trip cancellation, such as non-refundable flights, visas, or other travel arrangements. We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect yourself in case of unexpected cancellations or other travel disruptions.
