Beginning with an early morning pick-up from your hotel, airport, or conference venue in Nairobi, the safari takes you into Nairobi National Park for a professionally guided game drive through open savannah landscapes filled with lions, rhinos, giraffes, zebras, buffalo, and diverse birdlife.

Day 1 :

Machame Gate to Machame Camp

Transfer from Moshi to Machame Gate (1,800m). After registration, trek through lush rainforest to Machame Camp (3,000m). Approx. 5–7 hours.

Day 2 :

Machame Camp to Shira Camp

Climb out of the forest into moorland with views of Kibo, reaching Shira Camp (3,840m). Approx. 4–6 hours.

Day 3 :

Shira to Lava Tower to Barranco Camp

Ascend to Lava Tower (4,600m) for acclimatisation, then descend to Barranco Camp (3,960m) — "climb high, sleep low". Approx. 6–7 hours.

Day 4 :

Barranco Wall to Karanga Camp

Scramble up the famous Barranco Wall and traverse to Karanga Camp (4,035m). Approx. 4–5 hours.

Day 5 :

Karanga to Barafu Base Camp

A steady climb to Barafu Camp (4,640m). Rest and prepare for the midnight summit attempt. Approx. 4–5 hours.

Day 6 :

Summit Day: Barafu to Uhuru Peak to Mweka Camp

Begin around midnight, ascending via Stella Point to Uhuru Peak (5,895m) for sunrise. After celebrating, descend all the way to Mweka Camp (3,100m). A long, unforgettable day.

Day 7 :

Mweka Camp to Mweka Gate & Departure

Final descent through rainforest to Mweka Gate (1,640m). Receive your summit certificate and transfer back to Moshi/Arusha.
