We regularly plan groups of 8 to 60 people. Larger groups may be split between neighbouring camps with shared activities.

Can we hold meetings during the safari?

Yes. Many camps have a lounge or tent that works as a meeting room, and we can arrange screens or Wi-Fi where available. Most groups keep sessions short and leave time for game drives.

How far in advance should we book a corporate safari?

For July to October or Christmas, book 9–12 months ahead to secure enough rooms in one camp. Other months usually need 4–6 months.

Can you add branding and team activities?

Yes. We can add branded welcome packs, award evenings, team challenges and photography sessions. Tell us your goals and we will design the programme.
