You stay in small, high-end camps in private conservancies, fly between every stop and have a private vehicle and guide. Meals, most drinks and many activities are included.

Why choose private conservancies?

Conservancies limit visitors and vehicles and allow walks and night drives, giving a quieter, more personal safari. Fees also support local Maasai and Samburu communities.

Is this trip suitable for a honeymoon?

Yes. It is one of our favourite honeymoon routes, and camps add honeymoon touches such as private dinners and couples' treatments.

What are the luggage limits on the flights?

Usually 15–20 kg per person in soft bags, depending on the airline. We can store extra luggage in Nairobi.

Can we add a helicopter experience?

Yes. Helicopter flights over Laikipia, Mount Kenya or Lake Turkana can be added. Prices are on request.

This luxury fly-in safari Kenya itinerary is for travellers who want space, privacy and the best guiding. You fly between three exceptional settings: a private Masai Mara conservancy for big cats, a Laikipia conservancy for walking, rhinos and wild dogs, and a boutique hotel on Lamu for the finale.

A private vehicle and guide are included in both safari areas, so you set your own schedule. Night drives, guided walks, helicopter options and spa treatments can be added.
