3. Masai Mara — the exception, priced seasonally at $100-$200
The Masai Mara is managed by Narok County Government, not KWS, so it runs its own fee schedule entirely separate from the standard tier: $100 per adult from January to June, doubling to $200 per adult from July to December during peak migration season.
